Leaflets & letters by Royal Mail

Reach every business in the area you want to win

Selling to other businesses? A targeted letter or leaflet lands on the right desk, gets read, and stays there. We plan, write, design, print and post the whole campaign for you through our Royal Mail business account.

Plan a mail campaign

How a campaign works

  1. 1

    Pick your patch

Postcode districts (for example RM1–RM7 or E15), plus the industries you sell to: restaurants, builders, salons, offices and more.

  2. 2

    We build the list

From public Companies House records, filtered by location and industry, with duplicates, dissolved companies and opt-outs removed.

  3. 3

    We write & design

A letter, leaflet or postcard with one clear offer, your branding and a QR code to a page made for the campaign. You approve the proof.

  4. 4

    We print & post

Printed, enveloped and addressed, with Royal Mail postage printed on each envelope. No stamps, no trips to the post office.

What you can send

Personalised letters

Addressed to the business by name, on your letterhead. Ideal for introductions, offers and B2B services.

Leaflets & flyers

A5 or A4, single or double-sided, sent in an envelope with a short covering note.

Postcards

Bold, quick to read and cheap to send. Great for reminders, openings and seasonal offers.

Follow-up waves

A second mailing a few weeks later to the same list often lifts replies. We can schedule it for you.

Campaign landing pages

A page on your website for each mailing, with the offer, a contact form and tracking.

Results report

How many were sent, how many visited, and how many enquired, per campaign.

Careful with data, by design

Business direct mail is allowed under UK GDPR when it is done properly. Post is not covered by the email and phone marketing rules (PECR). We mail business addresses taken from public records, say clearly who sent each letter, include an easy way to opt out, and keep a suppression list so nobody is contacted again after asking.

Who it works for

Anyone selling to local businesses: accountants, cleaners, IT support, caterers, printers, trades, recruiters, insurance brokers, signage and more. If your customers are businesses in a known area, mail can reach them all.

Direct mail questions

Where does the mailing list come from?

We build it from public Companies House records, filtered by postcode district and industry (SIC code), then remove duplicates, dissolved companies and anyone who has asked not to be contacted.

Is business direct mail allowed under GDPR?

Yes, when it is done carefully. Post is not covered by the email and phone marketing rules (PECR), and UK GDPR allows business mailings under legitimate interests. Every letter says who sent it and how to opt out, and we keep a suppression list.

Can I send to homes as well as businesses?

Our standard service mails businesses. If you want to reach households in an area, tell us and we will suggest the best option for your budget.

How do I know if it worked?

Each campaign gets its own QR code and web page, so we can count visits and enquiries from that mailing and report them to you.
